Building a scalable Mobile Service Platform connecting customers and service professionals presented multiple challenges. Secure payment handling required holding transactions until services were completed. Integrating Web Push notifications, enabling dynamic scheduling and adapting to frequent test-case changes added complexity while ensuring transparency and smooth communication across the Local Service Marketplace.
The objective was to build a Custom E-commerce Services App that simplifies the process of discovering and booking local services while creating a transparent and reliable ecosystem for customers and professionals.

Yudiz developed the Easy Service App, a scalable Local Service Marketplace, using PHP with the Laravel framework for the web platform along with Android and iOS mobile applications. Firebase Web Push notifications and secure payment APIs were integrated to manage transactions safely until services are completed.
Customers can explore service categories, compare professionals through ratings and reviews, schedule appointments and make payments within the Mobile Service Platform. Service providers manage profiles, set availability and accept jobs through the Service Provider Platform.
