The Lender and Borrower Platform is a decentralized application. It enables users to lend and borrow funds using cryptocurrency. Built on the Ethereum blockchain, the platform uses immutable smart contracts and MetaMask integration. They are to ensure secure, transparent and trustless financial transactions at predefined interest rates.

The primary challenge was building a transparent and incorruptible lending ecosystem where no transaction could be altered without traceability. Establishing trust between unknown lenders and borrowers was critical. Complete data immutability had to be ensured. Secure fund handling was a priority. Restricted access needed to be maintained. Usability could not be compromised despite technical and architectural complexities.

Our Solution

Yudiz developed a decentralized lender and borrower platform within a tight timeline. MetaMask integration enabled secure crypto transactions. Lenders can define lending amounts. They also set interest rates and repayment periods. Borrowers raise funding requirements through the platform.

All transactions are governed by Ethereum‑based smart contracts. These contracts ensure immutability and security. Funds are transferred using cryptocurrency like Ether. Manual intervention and third‑party dependency are eliminated. The system automatically handles loan success and defaults. Fund withdrawals occur based on predefined contract conditions.
