The project focused on implementing a unified Warehouse Management System using SAP. It is to streamline operations across multiple warehouses. Warehouse management keeps supply chains running smoothly. Operations stay efficient and reliable. SAP leads as a global WMS platform. The solution was designed to help businesses of any size. It manages inventory, logistics and warehouse processes efficiently. All through a single integrated system.

SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
The client was operating multiple warehouses. Each was running on a different WMS. Any system changes require manual updates across all warehouses. This led to inefficiencies and delays. Migrating from traditional WMS solutions to SAP EWM while covering all operational requirements was complex. Synchronizing online warehouses with physical retail stores demanded additional development effort. Frequent scope changes and evolving test cases further increased implementation complexity.
Implement a centralized SAP-based warehouse management system that simplifies operations and ensures seamless coordination across all warehouses.
Unify multiple warehouse systems into a single SAP EWM platform for simplified management and communication.
Reduce manual interventions and improve process speed across inbound, outbound and internal warehouse activities.
Ensure seamless data synchronization between online warehouses and physical retail stores.
Yudiz implemented a centralized SAP Extended Warehouse Management solution to replace multiple legacy WMS platforms. The system unified warehouse operations across locations. And then enabled seamless coordination between online warehouses and physical retail stores while meeting strict timelines.
The solution integrated third-party systems. It was for picking, loading and unloading operations. Customized inbound processes, RF functionalities and Pick by Voice features were developed. They were to handle complex warehouse workflows. These implementations ensured faster processing and adherence to client-defined KPIs.
SAP EWM handled warehouse structures, storage setups, and quality management. It also delivered custom monitoring reports. This enabled accurate inventory tracking, efficient internal processes and consistent performance across all warehouses.
Understanding warehouse workflows, business needs and SAP integration requirements to define implementation strategy.
Configuring warehouse structures, storage types and internal processes aligned with operational requirements.
Developing interfaces with third-party systems and implementing custom SAP objects for warehouse operations.
Validating accuracy, performance and scalability before full deployment across all warehouses.
